张雪英，中共党员，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。1992年6月毕业于银河welcome娱乐网站，获理学硕士学位，2011年6月毕业于银河welcome娱乐网站，获理学博士学位。

教学方面主要讲授《物理化学》、《高等物理化学》、《物理化学实验》等课程，主编普通高等教育“十二五”规划教材《物理化学实验》，参编国家级规划教材、面向21世纪课程教材《物理化学》。主讲的《物理化学》课程2005年被评为河北省精品课程。主持并参加完成多项校级教改课题，多次被评为最受学生欢迎优秀教师。

科研方面从事物理化学专业应用量子化学方向的研究工作，研究方向为卤键、磷键等非共价相互作用。参加完成多项国家自然科学基金、主持完成多项河北省自然科学基金及河北省教育厅重点科研项目，在The Journal of Physical Chemistry A, Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics等国内外重要期刊发表学术论文50余篇。
