研究领域
课题组致力于以化学合成分子为工具,开展生物医学相关标志物的标记与成像研究,长期聚焦基于发光成像技术(包括荧光、生物/化学发光及核素成像)的生物分子检测方法开发。课题组负责人已在Chemical Science、Analytical Chemistry、ACS Sensors、Sensors & Actuators: B. Chemical、Chemical Communication、Analyst等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,并长期担任Analytical Chemistry、ACS Sensors、Bioconjugate Chemistry等高水平期刊的审稿人。目前担任《精细化工》青年编委及中国中医药信息学会临床智慧医疗分会理事。当前研究兴趣主要包括:1. 细胞内生物/化学发光成像;2. 活细胞内RNA成像标签的构建;3. 新型成像染料的设计与应用研究;4. 核素治疗成像。
